An import is counted when a user successfully completes the import flow and data is delivered to your webhook. Failed or cancelled imports don't count against your limit.
You'll receive a warning when you reach 80% of your monthly imports. If you hit the limit, new imports will be blocked until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
